What is an AI check?
A check reviews selected text or a prepared image against your rules. One page can require several checks. Text and images can require separate checks, and additional reviews can use more of your allowance. Checks are not a count of webpages or hours of browsing.
Does welcome access turn into a subscription?
No. Welcome access is a one-time allowance. It does not renew or turn into a paid plan automatically. Your first confirmed subscription starts a new paid allowance; any remaining welcome checks are replaced, not added to it.
Do unused checks roll over?
Unused monthly AI checks do not roll over. Optional top-ups are separate from monthly checks and require an eligible paid allowance to use. Monthly checks are used first.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Use Billing & usage in your account to review available changes and manage your subscription. Upgrades prorate the price and additional checks; downgrades start at the next renewal. Review the charge or effective date before confirming. Pausing or uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription.
Will filtering catch everything?
No. AI can miss content or cover something you wanted to see. The Chrome alpha focuses on HTML text and still JPEG, PNG and WebP images. Coverage varies by website; video, animations, canvas and frames are not fully supported. You can reveal an item, refine your rules or pause filtering.
