BEFORE YOU JOIN
What you need to know.
What am I signing up for?
Email updates and an invitation when beta testing opens. The extension is not available for general installation yet. An exact opening date is not promised.
Will it work on my phone?
The first beta is for Chrome on desktop and laptop computers. Mobile browsers are not part of this beta.
How is browsing content processed?
For AI checks, selected page text and image previews are sent to MuteThis and OpenAI. MuteThis does not save those raw contents. You can pause or exclude sites. Read the extension privacy details before installing.
Will it hide everything I ask it to?
Filtering can miss content or cover something you wanted. Coverage varies by website and content type. Video thumbnails and sampled animation frames do not provide full-video protection.
Can I unsubscribe?
Yes. Confirm your email to join, then use the private preference link to change your choice or unsubscribe at any time.
